Ken Lacey, Chief Executive Officer

Ken was one of the founders and is the current CEO of LOMOX Limited. Ken is also a Non-Executive Director of AVA, a software CAD company and a Trustee of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Prior to LOMOX^®, Ken worked for Accenture in Business and Technology Consulting for 28 years at pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical products, regulatory, health insurance, primary care, hospitals and government health organisations. Throughout the world, he helped these companies and government departments to develop their strategies, reengineer their processes, deliver/operate their information systems and enable their people to be successful with new ways of working. During his last three years at Accenture, Ken was Global Managing Director of the Health & Life Sciences (H&LS) business, and the five previous years he was the Global Managing Director of the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products business. Over these eight years, Ken grew these businesses by more than 35% annually into a profitable Global H&LS practice with a turnover of £1 Billion. He was responsible for the H&LS investments in Marketing, Media, Alliances, Business Development, Sales and Acquisition initiatives.

Ken graduated from Rice University and the University of Texas with degrees in Economics and Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration. He is married with two children and lives in Cheshire in the United Kingdom.
